Challenge
Restaurants needed a simple, smart POS that could handle dine-in, takeout, and delivery without complex hardware setups. SaaSDine required menus, tables, staff roles, kitchen tickets, billing, inventory, and multi-branch support in one cloud product.
Approach
We delivered a SaaS restaurant management system with real-time table status, flexible menu management, kitchen order tickets (KOT), QR code menus, and role-based staff permissions — all accessible across tablets, desktops, and mobile devices.
